These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every purchase of products or services made through this website, store, checkout page, invoice or payment link (each, an "Order"). "Seller," "we," "us" and "our" mean the business named on the website, checkout page or receipt where you placed your Order. "You" means the person or business placing the Order. By placing an Order or checking the box at checkout, you agree to these Terms.

1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

All sales are final. Except as stated in Sections 2 and 4, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or credits for any product or service, for any reason, including change of mind, results, partial use, non-use, or missed or cancelled appointments. This applies to physical products, digital products, consultations, programs, memberships, subscriptions, packages, deposits and setup fees.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. If we confirm the issue, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Replacement is the only remedy; no cash refund will be issued.

3. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges

Recurring plans renew automatically and are billed at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us before your next billing date; cancellation stops future charges. Charges already billed are not refunded, and there are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused services.

4. Health and Professional Services

Some products or services may require an eligibility review, a consultation or a prescription from a licensed provider. We do not guarantee that you will be found eligible, that any product will be prescribed, or any particular result. Consultation fees are non-refundable. If a provider determines that a product you ordered is not appropriate for you, that product will not be dispensed and the amount you paid for it will be issued as a credit toward another product or service. Information on this website is for general education only and is not medical advice.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount of your Order, including any taxes, shipping and recurring charges. We may correct pricing errors and cancel any Order placed at an incorrect price.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for Orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

7. Billing Questions and Chargebacks

Please contact us first with any billing question, and give us the chance to resolve it before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. If you dispute a charge for an Order you authorized, we may provide these Terms and your acceptance record to your card issuer, suspend future Orders, and seek to recover the disputed amount.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided "as is," our total liability for any claim relating to an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Your Rights Under Law

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Seller's principal place of business is located. We may update these Terms by posting a new version; the version posted when you place an Order applies to that Order. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
